ENTO is a service for storing and transporting your heavy luggage.
We'll ship your luggage between your hotels which located in Haeundae / Gwanganri / Songjeong / Seo-myeon / Nampo-dong and Busan station / Gimhae Airport.

Arrival
  1. 01Make a reservation by website or phone until 9 p.m. night before use.
  2. 02Meet staff holding ENTO pickets inside GATE No. 1 at Gimhae International Airport's Domestic & International Arrivals.
  3. 03Receive a tag with information such as appointment time and accommodation and check it again with the staff.
  4. 04Please take a comfortable trip and show your tags at the front of your hotel after 5:00 p.m. and pick up your luggage.
Departure
  1. 01Make a reservation by website or phone until 9 p.m. night before use.
  2. 02Meet the staff holding the ENTO picket inside Gimhae International Airport Domestic & International Departure Area Gate 2.
  3. 03Receive a tag with information such as appointment time and accommodation and check it again with the staff.
  4. 04Find the baggage you left behind and take a comfortable trip.

Busan Statio

Storage Box Terms and Conditions

  1. 1.Use time is limited to business hours on the same day.
    (If the service time is exceeded, keep it in a separate place for one month. If you do not return, discard it.)
  2. 2.You are prohibited from storing valuables, securities, cash, etc. and items that are restricted to personal possession by law.
  3. 3.Food and other perishables are prohibited from storage.

  1. 01Get off at Haeundae subway station.
  2. 02Look between Exit 5 and Exit 7 of Haeundae Subway Station.
  3. 03Walk slowly and ride the escalator comfortably.
  4. 04If you look to the left when you're all up, you'll see the archive.

Ground

  1. 01It starts at Exit 5 of Haeundae Subway Station.
  2. 02Turn right and you'll see a CGV sign.
  3. 03Go into the passage about 10 meters and look to the left to see the elevator.
  4. 04Take the elevator down to B1.
    Or, come down to the basement level of the Citadines building.

FAQ

  • When can I make a reservation?

    You can book until 21:00 the day before the day you want to use.

  • I'd like to make a reservation for the day or another area, but I can't make a reservation through the website.

    For reservations or other areas on the same day, please contact +82-51-746-9955 / +82-10-4747-9956. I'll let you know if it's possible. You can visit in person.

  • I'd like to cancel/refund it.

    We'll give you a 100% refund by 21:00 on the previous day of service use. You can get a 90% refund if you cancel it by 20 o'clock the day before the service day. You can cancel the reservation after that or for the same day, but you cannot refund it.

  • I'd like to keep my luggage, but what time is it?

    Baggage storage service is available only during our business hours. (from 9 to 22) If the time is exceeded, the surcharge will be applied. If you are late without contact, you can pick up your luggage in time for the next day's opening time.

  • How can I deposit my luggage at the hotel?

    Make a reservation on our site, and when you check out the hotel, tell the front desk, "I'll use the Ento baggage service to pick it up," and leave it with your name.
